The TETRA range brings together the most versatile battery chargers for lead-acid batteries. This is because they adapt to any type of 12 or 24-volt battery, both liquid and gel, and the user can also choose the charging process - automatic or manual.
The AUTOMATIC program controls the gel or liquid battery using a microprocessor, constantly analysing it during the entire process and halts the charge automatically when the battery reaches 100%. The charger starts up again when necessary.
The MANUAL option permits the recovery non-defective batteries which have discharged to below the limits recommended by the makers. Since their voltage level is very low, these batteries hamper automatic systems. The MANUAL position enables the charge to be balanced so that the AUTOMATIC program can later function correctly. |
